After breakfast, depart Casablanca and travel to Rabat, Morocco's elegant capital. In the afternoon, continue your journey to Fes, Morocco's spiritual and cultural capital. Upon arrival, check in to your traditional riad or hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

After an early breakfast, depart Fes and journey south through the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains. Your first stop is Ifrane, often called the "Switzerland of Morocco" for its alpine-style architecture, clean streets, and beautiful surroundings. Continue to the Cèdre Gouraud Forest, home to the famous Barbary macaques. Enjoy a short walk through the cedar forest and, if you're lucky, observe these playful monkeys in their natural habitat. Travel through the mountain town of Midelt, where you can stop for lunch (optional), before continuing over the spectacular Tizi n'Talghamt Pass. After breakfast at the camp, return to Merzouga by camel trek or 4×4 vehicle and begin your journey toward the spectacular Todra Gorge. Travel through the desert towns of Rissani and Tinjdad, passing palm groves, traditional villages, and dramatic desert landscapes. Explore this magnificent fortified village, one of Morocco's best-preserved ksars, which has appeared in numerous international films and television productions. In the afternoon, cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2,260 meters), enjoying breathtaking panoramic views before descending toward Marrakech.
